I’m going to get straight down to business today. Stop being so reasonable, don’t reason yourself out of your ambitious ideas and don’t second guess all those nice notions that you get in your noggin. Don’t give up. And before you even get moving, you know, sometimes we are so reasonable that we forget that we live and move and have our being in a god who is the god of the impossible, the God of more than enough, the king of Kings and the Lord of Lords, the one who has no boundaries, who inhabits eternity, who speaks and worlds come into existence.

He garnished the heavens with the stars and the planets and a million galaxies that span beyond any comprehensive imagination. That’s the one whom we serve and the one who lives in us. So who are we to reason ourself out of some even the greatest, biggest, most noble, most ambitious ideas within the bounds of this limited life and planet that we live on? Friend are very, very small compared to the vast. Expanse of God’s imagination and God’s desire to bless and to help and to come and to work with you, you know, and I can assure you, man, as soon as you begin to step out on those ideas now, I’m not going to I don’t want to kind of prophesy this into existence, but I’ve never met anyone or very rarely anyways.

I can’t remember meeting anyone who hasn’t faced that like these kinds of challenges when they begin to step out, you know, as soon as we begin to move and embark on a journey towards sharing our worth, recognising that we’ve got something valuable to bring and then actually making moves and taking action toward bringing it, that that worthless old snake Satan, you know, doesn’t turn up, slither into our thoughts and start trying to undermine our confidence, starts trying to convince us that, you know, who are we to even presume that we’ve got something worthy of sharing with someone else?

You know, of course, like I say, I don’t want to invite it, but it is a common affliction. The devil does not want you outside of yourself and stepping inside your creative calling, serving, helping, liberating others with your knowledge. He’s a liar. Yeah, and a very, very persuasive one. But so am I not a liar and I’m not a liar. But very persuasive at least. I hope so. That’s why I’m here.

You know, you got something special to bring. Like I say something uniquely and unmistakeably you a voice that is yours alone. And the truth is your voice will only be found when you start using it. And so that means, my friend, you know, my creative friends out there, that you’ll have to shut up the mouth of the devil and shut up all of that self-doubt, crush that inner critic and do it despite the fear and the questions and whatever else comes with the territory, you know, and it does come with the territory, become a master of self master mastery and leave yourself with no reasonable excuse not to act on your ideas.

Any of them might be of the mind and attitude that it is far more painful and costly not to act on your ideas, far more painful to stay safe than it is to step out. You know, cause whatever odyssey you begin and embark upon will have many obstacles along the way. But I promise you, the spoils of whatever battles you might fight as you go forward will outweigh the bruises, you know, and all of those bruises will just bear testament to your courage.
