Did you add getintouch@indieauthor.com to your email contacts yet?
As email inboxes have become more saturated providers like Gmail, Yahoo, etc, are more strict about which emails show up in your inbox (instead of the Promotions tab or spam/junk folders). Even if you don’t use Gmail, it’s HIGHLY recommended that you add the getintouch@indieauthor.com email to your contacts list of your email provider.
