Sometimes you’ll find that the Holy Spirit leads you in a particular direction, he will ask you to do things that make me feel a little outside your comfort zone. I just encourage you to step into and lean in to those things because, you know, God wants us to grow and develop. And stepping outside of your comfort zone merely means you are ahead of the game. It means that your comfort zone is having a hard time just keeping up with you.

And we always want to be pushing those boundaries a little bit further, stepping a little bit outside of what maybe we’re used to so we can continue to grow and recognise and learn that actually this thing, this this whole kind of adventure in sharing our worth with the world is not as scary as it actually seems. Now, I’ve got something that I want to go over this next month on my blog and on my podcast. I want to step out.

Last month, we shared a lot about prayer and the development of our spiritual life. And this year, what I really want to do very much is lean into sharing, about sharing, sharing, about sharing your special with the world. You know, you’ve got something unique to bring. And I really want to share in whatever way it may encourage, convince, convict, honestly, whatever it takes. I want to help you to do that this month.

I want to help you to step up and step out and make a difference in people’s lives. You know, most people have far, far more to give than they realise. Yeah. And even if they do have an idea and an inkling of how much they carry, it’s very easy sometimes to undervalue what you have to share and undervalue the wealth of experience and expertise and value that you have got to bring to the world. You know, Jesus said this.

He said freely, you have received freely give. Now, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ve got to share everything that you’ve got for free and give everything away that you’ve got for free. In fact, I would encourage you not to do that. Now, I do share a lot of free content. I share a lot of encouragement without any kind of payment or cost or exchange taking place in a monetary way. But I also have a lot of things that I sell.

I sell online courses, I sell books, I sell various training programmes and memberships, because actually, in a sense, our investment in our own growth and our own training is not so much an investment in that particular course, whatever it may be, but it’s an investment in ourselves. It is really telling ourselves that you like I you when you invest time, when you invest money, it really you are telling yourself that I am worth investing in, you know, and so and we no longer live in a day where knowledge sharing is difficult.

And it’s not like we have to climb up to the top of a mountain, carved some words into a rock you all have God can put his finger down from heaven and Laza that those words onto a stone that we then carry back down to the mass. You know, we don’t have to, like, run a thousand miles over a hill and through valley to deliver our message to an audience. All you need to do is open up your laptop and punch a few words or even even less.

Just jump on your phone and press the big red button and start speaking. You know, and of course, I’m being simplistic here. Sometimes there are kind of a bit of upscaling that needs to take place, you know, but really the the barriers to entry have been so diminished and so broad low that anyone can begin to take this journey. Technology has taken care of so much of the heavy lifting that at one time really was honestly preventative. It stood in the way of people.

Books, it stood in the way of people sharing their thoughts, opening up discussions. It certainly stood in the way of anyone creating a film or putting like video out there. But now it is all available to us. We live in a generation that is of opportunity, that really, honestly is unprecedented now that comes with its own kind of set of challenges. It comes with its own. And certainly there is almost an overload of information. How is probably our challenge as opposed to the opposite, where it was difficult to get information out there and may be difficult to find information nowadays?

It’s thrust upon us like in bucket loads and truckloads. But, you know, you do not know. You no longer need to know how to code something so you can step out and share. You don’t need to build your own know how to code and build out HTML so you can build a website. Other people have already picked up these hard parts and made the heavy lifting easy for us. And really the platforms that are out there now make it so easy for us and it’s just waiting for our content to be added.

My podcast, for example, there are a number of different platforms Anchor Dot FM. You can start a podcast completely for free and they will take care of all the distribution of it for you. You know, I use something called podcast dot code that does a similar thing. If you want to start a TV channel. YouTube has made that possible for you for free. If you want to publish a book, you can, you know, various platforms, notably Amazon, KDP men have made that like so easy and you can do it for free.

If you want to start a new shop, you can. It’s been made easy through various platforms. You know, we can start a blog today for free and you can begin sharing your words and sharing that the wisdom that you have gained through the years and the wisdom that God has downloaded to your heart. You can start sharing it right now. You could go to WordPress dot com and start a free blog today and do that. You know, there really is no excuse that we can make for not taking action because we don’t have to climb over 10000 insurmountable barriers before we do it.

You know, we can we can sell our knowledge online. There are many, many different platforms that will allow you, again, to do that for free. Now, I’m not suggesting that free these free platforms are necessarily the best way to go, but there’s certainly one way to go and a great way to get started. If you feel kind of the resistance standing in your way and you can begin to wet your feet, you can begin to exercise your gifts and explore your creativity without needing to make a huge investment.

At the outset, God has made it possible for this generation to do things and enter into opportunities that previous generations did not have that same privilege. And he chose to plant you in this generation. And and I know for sure, having walked with him for many, many years, that God does not do things OK without good reason. He has a reason for you being in this incredibly opportunistic, open doored of world that we now live in. In one year at one time, there were gatekeepers standing at the door of entry.

Walls were up everywhere. And really for you to step outside of the crowd and be an uncommon, remarkable influence in the world was very, very difficult and reserved for a an uncommon and select and seldom few. But today you have a voice and you have opportunities and platforms that will allow you to let that voice be heard, you know, and really, you know, sometimes we can fall into the trap of thinking that I have to be some kind of exceptional human.

Being that this kind of this world of influence and making a difference is set apart for, you know, a certain kind of person, that you have to be kind of uncommonly gifted in some way to to do it. I can promise you that is not the case. You can do this, you can do it, and you can do it. Well, yeah. And, you know. That’s a lie if you think that you have to be something special, if you think you have to have some kind of secret sauce or, you know, magnificent superpower to before you step out and begin to share, I can promise you that is not the truth.

The truth is, if you have an Internet connexion and you have an idea, you qualify. You can step out today. And I can tell you that the super power that you have is you. It’s your history. It’s your experience. It’s your ideas. It’s the personality that God has given you. It’s the voice that he has placed within you. The most unusual people today are able to reach an audience and Minister Grace to that audience in ways that others would not be able to because they connect with that person.

People connect with people. They don’t just connect with ideas. They don’t just connect with philosophies. And that’s why no one can replace you. If you don’t step up and step out, no one else is going to step into your place and take your shoes and say if you feel in your heart that you’ve got something to bring, if you feel in your heart that there is, you know, that you want to make a difference in people’s lives, I encourage you don’t let fear stand in your way.
